Are your Wi-Fi, mobile networks and smart devices ruining your sleep?

The invisible biophysical environment around your bedroom

In brief

01

The Silent Sleep Killer

High-frequency electromagnetic radiation, or e-smog, from home Wi-Fi and mobile networks can silently stress your autonomic nervous system throughout the night.

02

Extreme Exposure Levels

Building-biology guidelines designate high-frequency radiation above 1,000μW/m² as “extremely conspicuous”. Some real-world home audits have recorded far higher levels.

03

Longitudinal Evidence

A 19-month clinical field case reported that biofield harmonisation cleared 40 energetic blockages even while high Wi-Fi density persisted.

Modern sleep protocols have perfected the art of circadian management. Between blue-light blockers, temperature-controlled mattresses and complete dark adaptation, high-performers have systematically eliminated the obvious friction points of rest.

Yet one critical variable remains almost entirely unmeasured in the average bedroom: the invisible biophysical environment surrounding the sleep space.

Even in an otherwise pristine room, high-frequency electromagnetic radiation density from home Wi-Fi and ambient wireless networks can continuously stimulate the sympathetic nervous system throughout the night, capping autonomic recovery regardless of how clean your evening routine is.

Spoiler alert: the problem might not be your circadian rhythm, but the invisible biophysical environment surrounding your bed.

While biohackers focus heavily on blue-light blocking, few audit high-frequency electrosmog (e-smog). Modern bedrooms are flooded with radio-frequency radiation emitted by Wi-Fi routers, 5G towers, mobile phones and smart-home hubs.

When your body enters deep restorative sleep, your cells require a quiet biophysical environment to repair. Flooding your sleeping space with high-density electromagnetic radiation puts your nervous system on high alert.

The Real-World Audit: Science vs. Standards

So what constitutes a “safe” sleeping environment?

According to building-biology guidelines, high-frequency electromagnetic radiation is measured in microwatts per square metre (μW/m²).

Building Biology Standard Evaluation Matrix for High-Frequency Radiation
Radiation risk categoryPower density rangeBiological impact and risk profile
Inconspicuous0.1μW/m²Optimal biological baseline; no environmental stress detected.
Slightly Conspicuous0.1–10μW/m²Slight deviation; minimal impact on sensitive individuals.
Highly Conspicuous10–1,000μW/m²Significant biological stress; long-term remediation recommended.
Extremely Conspicuous>1,000μW/m²Extreme environmental stress; immediate biological mitigation required.
Real-World Case Study Measurement144,000μW/m²144 times higher than the “Extremely Conspicuous” threshold; continuous severe stress.

The Plettenberg Case Study: 19 Months in a High-Radiation Zone

In February 2022, certified Building Biology Consultant and Bioresonance Practitioner Jörg Günter conducted an environmental audit at the home of Marion and Harald D. in Plettenberg, Germany.

Using high-frequency measuring instruments, Günter audited the sleeping area and discovered a high-frequency radiation density of 144,000μW/m²—driven primarily by a continuously active 24-hour Wi-Fi network.

To measure the biophysical toll on the occupants, Günter conducted a Range Value Test using Bioresonance according to Paul Schmidt (BaPS). The energetic diagnostic revealed that both individuals had 40 fundamental frequency values (FFVs) requiring urgent biological regulation due to combined electrosmog and geopathic stress.

The Long-Term Solution: Biofield Harmonisation

Rather than forcing the home occupants into impractical shielding, Günter programmed and installed a custom biofield former: the Duplex IV Professional.

The device was custom-programmed using high-capacity memory cards containing:

01

Personalised Range Value Frequencies

The specific 80 fundamental frequency values requiring regulation across both occupants.

02

Building Biology Frequencies

96 key fundamental frequency values targeting electrosmog, geopathy, mould, environmental toxins and radioactivity.

03

Emotional Balance Frequencies

21 fundamental frequency values covering positive emotions and psychological resilience.

Nineteen months later, in December 2023, Günter returned to perform a rigorous follow-up bioresonance audit.

The Wi-Fi environment remained completely unchanged at 144,000μW/m². However, when testing the occupants against the stored memory-card values, the results were reported as follows:

  • Zero Energetic Blockages Detected: Out of the original 40 fundamental frequency values, zero energetic blockages were found.
  • Building Biology Frequencies Normalised: Despite continuous 24-hour Wi-Fi exposure, neither individual exhibited any remaining energetic stress under the building-biology test parameters.
  • Subjective Well-Being Transformation: Both occupants reported profound physical and mental improvements. Harald D. noted: “I am in a completely different state of mind than before and I am always in a good mood.”

“The Duplex IV professional and the bioresonance field generated by it showed that Mr and Mrs D. no longer had any fundamental frequency values that required regulation. It is hard to believe that the silent helper can balance out this stress in the body and restore the biological state.”
